By downloading, installing, or using SpinZone, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpinZone ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the SpinZone mobile application and website.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 12 years old to use SpinZone
- If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission
- You must not have been previously banned from SpinZone
- You must comply with all applicable local laws
3. Virtual Currency — Tokens & Bonus Spins
🪙 SpinZone tokens and bonus spins are virtual items only. They have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred to other users, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of SpinZone. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Free daily tokens (100 per day) reset every 24 hours
- Purchased tokens are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation from Apple or Google
- SpinZone reserves the right to modify token prices, packages, and costs at any time
- Unused tokens have no cash value and are forfeited upon account termination
4. In-App Purchases
- All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing
- We do not process payments directly and do not store payment card information
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
- SpinZone is not responsible for unauthorized purchases — please secure your device and payment credentials
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use offensive, hateful, or abusive language in chat
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other players
- Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results
- Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the app
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or bonus system
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code
- Impersonate other users or SpinZone staff
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within SpinZone — including graphics, sounds, animations, text, and code — is the exclusive property of SpinZone and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpinZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpinZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of virtual currency or game progress due to technical issues.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time using our Data Deletion Request. Upon termination, all virtual currency and progress are permanently forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SpinZone after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
